Pauline Down

Pauline is a singer / songwriter / composer, community choir leader and voice teacher. An experienced facilitator, she has a successful track record of delivering singing and music workshops, training programmes and projects in health, education and community settings as well as for artists, carers and staff in residential care homes, and hospitals including those specializing in dementia. She has recently been appointed by Age Cymru as music mentor for ‘Cartrefru’, an exciting new project which will be delivering arts projects, including singing, in care homes across Wales. With a background in community theatre, as musical director and performer, she currently performs with an a cappella trio Bread and Roses (with Frankie Armstrong and Laura Bradshaw), storytelling duo, ‘Adlais’ with Michael Harvey and the Caucasian Chalk Circle Collective.
